Our Cuisine

The balanced creativity of the chef produces a well-blended menu of local and exotic cuisine. Local dish choices include moose, cod, halibut, scallops, lobster and wild  berries merged with international flare and diversity will tempt and delight. Guests will thoroughly enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the Lodge dining room but can also take advantage of the staff’s resourcefulness in a magnificent or traditional shore lunch on the river.

Fine dining experience

The chef will confer with the lead host of an angling group to review meal preferences, number of courses and dining times. In the middle of nowhere, enjoying a fine dining experience with family, good friends and colleagues dressed in fishing clothes, is about as good as it gets.
